The Evans UV2 takes the proven dual-ply formula and elevates it with a patented UV-cured coating on each of its two 7mil plies. The result is a head that resists dents, splits, scratching, stretching, and wear far longer than conventional coated heads — while still delivering the warm, pre-EQ'd attack and rich tone that toms and snares demand.

At 14mil total thickness, the UV2 is built for heavy hitters without sacrificing sensitivity for brushwork and buzz rolls. The Level 360 collar seats the head evenly along the bearing edge at every point, ensuring consistent tone and effortless tuning every time you change heads.
