Shipping policy
We ship within Malaysia only and we offer Free Shipping nationwide with a minimum order of RM150 in a single order except for certain Heavyweight products shipped to East Malaysia.
Ship to West Malaysia: from RM7.00 up.
Ship to East Malaysia: from RM15.00 up.
Orders will be shipped via Pos Laju or J&T Courier which typically has a delivery time of two to four working days (Peninsular) and five to eight working days (East Malaysia).
Once your order is shipped, the best advice on delivery status is from Pos Laju. The tracking number can be obtained from the Shipping Confirmation email or by viewing your order from Your Account. With this tracking number, you can track the delivery status from Pos Laju here / J&T here or alternatively you can contact Pos Laju / contact J&T for more details on the delivery.
We prefer to ship to non-P.O. Box addresses. If you are using a P.O. Box address as your shipping address, it is likely that your order will be delivered to the Pos Laju delivery branch (cawangan serahan) and you shall be responsible to collect your item(s) from there. If your order is not collected and returned, you may request reshipping with a charge of shipping fee based on the item(s)’ weight.
Return and reshipping:
- We will notify you with information about reshipping if your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery.
- Shipping fee in accordance with the item(s)’ weight, together with details and method of payment for shipping fee will be advised.
- Reshipping will proceed once the shipping fee is received.
- Apart from having a shipping fee received, if the purchased item is the last unit available, then reshipping will proceed once we have received the return of the undelivered item from Pos Laju/J&T.
