Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Areas
We ship nationwide across Malaysia. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia)
- Weight-based rates starting from RM7.00 (up to 1 kg)
- Free delivery on orders over RM100 ✅
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
- Weight-based rates starting from RM15.00 (up to 1 kg)
- Rates vary by parcel weight — heavier shipments are charged accordingly
Note: Free delivery applies to West Malaysia only. East Malaysia orders are subject to standard weight-based rates regardless of order value.
Estimated Delivery Times
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
(Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.)
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available at our Melaka store. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time before visiting.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your parcel via the courier's website.
