The Allparts EP-4586 is a genuine CTS 500K/500K stacked concentric audio taper potentiometer — engineered for guitars that require independent control of two parameters on a single shaft. Designed to fit USA-sized knobs and mount directly to a standard pickguard, it delivers the smooth, consistent sweep that CTS is known for, in a format that unlocks wiring configurations not possible with conventional single-gang pots.

Two Controls, One Shaft — Maximum Flexibility

A concentric pot stacks two independent potentiometers on a single axis — both gangs rated at 500K ohms. This makes it the ideal solution for humbucker-equipped guitars where panel space is limited but tonal flexibility is essential: independent volume/tone per pickup on a two-knob body, blend controls, or custom wiring schemes that demand more from less real estate. Compatible with USA-sized knobs for a factory-correct fit.

CTS Construction — Industry-Standard Reliability

CTS potentiometers are the benchmark for American electric guitar electronics, used as original equipment on many USA-made instruments. The audio (logarithmic) taper on both gangs ensures a natural, musical response across the full sweep — no abrupt jumps in volume or tone.
